Juanita Bynum & Paula White

Okay, I am really shocked that no one has commented on this on here. I assume that the admins haven't posted this because it is such a big hit to the body of Christ, in my opinion.

My heart is still greiving over what has happened to the both of them. I just wanted to see what all of you thought. Have any of you given money to either ministry?

This just proves again, that we cannot put our trust/faith in man, they will always disappoint us. God is your only TRUE friend. We have to know His word for ourselves rather than watching a telecast. I'm not saying that watching Christian television is bad, I'm simply saying that it doesn't substitute getting into the word and having your own relationship with God.

No I have not supported them financially,  And this goes to show that we should be very careful of what we see on television because we do not know these people and they are not accountable to us.

About all we can do is not support them financially as a practical boycott of their wrong doings.  You can pray all you want but faith without works is dead.  Cut off their cash and you can help silence them.  From what I have seen on some You Tubes about Juanita Bynum and Bishop Weeks people should have been leary of their teachings and ministry sooner than this.

Two divorces and a million dollar wedding speaks volumes.  Was anybody listening?

Again I say know those who labor among you.

Love your comment Hismouthpiece. The bible says, looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith. Our focus can not be on the messenger but the MESSAGE.

We are christians and yet life still happens-which means that we are not exempt from the trials of life. Never have I, nor will I place any man/woman of God so high on a pedestal to the point of being shocked and dismayed because they have fallen short. My heart grieved for both wog (women of God) and their spouses. To whom much is given much is required-much can also take its toll  on you if you're not careful. Jules said something profound-'what is appropriate in the body of christ when we pay men and women of God large sums of money to come and speak'? Humm I don't know if any of us can answer that, but I will say that it should be just as we treat the subject of tithes and our pastors-don't worry about it because God knows. They have a heavy price to pay in the spirit and in the natural. I try my best to focus on God and what He is feeding me through men and women of God because without that pulpit, the four walls, ministries, etc there is still God-and He is all that truly matters. No Bishop Jakes, Juanita Bynum-Weeks, Paula White, etc can take His place.

I truly feel for both of those women of faith, and I'm praying that God would take care of them and strengthen them in their time of need. Regardless of their status and fame (or even the mistakes that they have made), they are still just hurting people in need of Jesus just like me, and I pray that we remember that as we pray for them.

DMAS, O-Kay. Wow. I was almost in tears after reading your post. You are sooooo right. What you wrote was a message in itself and so true.  What does the glitz and glamour have to do with winning souls?

Here's a question......I know that they often get a lot of request and have to cover the expenses of travel. When you are as busy and as large as T.D. Jakes, for example, what is appropriate?  Why is it that the churches are so willing to pay the big bucks to have them come?

I am praying for them. It is true, we don't know what is REALLY going on, but GOD will NOT be mocked.  That is why it is sooo important for us to have a true relationship with God---surrender all. No matter what, STAND.

In time like these you must remember to keep these women of GOD put in prayer. This is not the time talk down on them. Only God know the real story. So lets not be judges and remember no one is to high in God's eyes. But he has control of these situations.

I fermly agree that the events concerning Evg. Bynum and White are a great disappointment to Christianity as a whole, seeing that we have chosen them to represent us on such a great level. However, God has a way that is not our way. I think that these situations that have come among the body of Christ are greater than the sigma the world is going to place on us.

(And they are going to place a negitive stigma on us but thats noting new because they talk about us when we do right and when we do wrong)

Yet, I believe that God's word is going to remain truthful and will not return unto HIM void. My fellow ministers in the Gosple please don't be decieved God is not mocked whatsoever a man sowest that shall he also reap. We can not play God like a video game and think by using some secret code we will advance to the next level (NOT GOING TO HAPPEN) Remember negitive behavior only produce negitive results. What is done in the dark shall be brought to the light. Now, what happen to these great  Evangelist  can  happen to any one of us. But we must make sure that we are not opperating the things of God with a bunch of mess going on in our personal lives. Trust me the devil will use it against you. David, Sampson and Jonah are all witnesses. Over pricing the word of God, perpetrating like were untouchable, only willing to fly first class, only willing to stay at certain hotels, and denying to come to smaller ministries because their seating capacity does not exceed 3,000 or more is not apart of Gods method of ministry. Why are these evangelist victims of such event? That question can only be answered by God. But, serving God is not about glamer, its not about popularity, and its how large an offering you will get after your conference is over, its about souls plan and simple. So evangelist Bynum and White when you rebound ( and I pray that you do) cut out all the excessive materialistic foolishness that has nothing to do with building the kingdom and for every second the devil tried to ruin your ministries thats how many souls you should be determin to win for God. Just my opinion.
