well, to comment further on what i said( on comment about school) its the usual high school routine. time is taken and time is wasted. so hard to find time when i always use it, and so easy to procrastinate. School now is an unexpected road to greatness behind the long days that pass ever so slowly. i don;t have no time for girls and all time for my fam and from that, i learned how to respect women even further. but overall, i feel that what im getting really wont help me out in any way but to make more money.
ok well right now u dont need to make time for Girls u just need to make sure u take out time for God n get even more closter to God
I think that it'll be fine to do that (CC then U of D and then a music college). Though some schools are snobbish so I would call and talk to an undergrad. admissions couselor or advisor. These people can tell you the requirements and what is frowned upon in regards to transfer students or things that are taboo when they look at applications. I assume you have researched and have a reason for going somewhere other than u of D for their music program right?
YOU GOT IT IN YOU MAN..THE THING YOU HAVE TO DO IS BIRTH IT OUT AND THE ONLY WAY TO DO THAT IS TO SEEK THE FACE OF GOD DILIGENTLY! DONT BE A STRANGER MAN..GOD BLESS
And if you're in DPS then see if your school is involved with the HEOC. Find that person and you can talk to them about your college concerns, they can get you free college applications when it's time to apply, they can help you with your financial aid stuff too. I'm an HEOC advisor too. If you let me know where you go, I can tell you who your advisor is.
I had a good time at Dondero. I was one of three black seniors the year I came out but that changed soon after I left. It's now a combined school of the only two high schools in the city of Royal Oak. I hear it's huge, but yeah I had a good time! College is a little pricey anywhere you go, but if you are concerned about the price (which shouldn't be a focus, God gives provision for His vision so pray about the funds and He'll work it all out) you can go to a community college the first two years (which is really the same cirriculum as the universities) and transfer to a university of your choice later. BEWARE: MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW WHERE YOU WHICH UNIVERSITY YOU WANT TO GO TO AFTER THE FIRST YEARS AT CC. YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CREDITS TRANSFER. Say if you go to WCCCD and want to go to...I don't know...Brown University. If Brown doesn't except WCCCD credits, you'll have to start from scratch. Talk to your couselor about it.
